Our shipping rules are a clear as resin.

- Free shipping in the UK.

- International shipping is £3.99 flat rate.

- International shipping is FREE on orders over £40.

You get your item, you're unhappy with it. Can your return it?

- If it's damaged or not as described, of course we'll replace the item or offer a refund.

- If you don't like it, you have 14 days to get it back to us for a full refund.

- Items in the Memorial Collection cannot be refunded due to the contents. Might seem harsh, but we think it's fair.
